The Context
FIITJEE is one of India's most recognised JEE preparation brands. This role was an early-career engagement that gave me direct exposure to the mechanics of student enrollment — from ATL brand presence to on-ground activation to digital lead generation in a Tier-2 city market.
The Nagpur and Vidarbha market has its own competitive dynamics, with strong local coaching institutes and a parent-student decision cycle heavily influenced by word of mouth and result track records.
What I Built
Regional Brand Presence
Managed ATL campaigns including newspaper inserts, hoardings, and school-level outreach programmes timed around admission cycles — establishing consistent FIITJEE visibility across the region.
Digital Acquisition
Introduced structured digital lead generation through Facebook Ads and Google search — early in my career, but formative in developing an instinct for cost-per-lead and audience targeting logic.
School & Parent Engagement
Designed and executed orientation events at target schools, engaging both students (with academic aspiration messaging) and parents (with outcome data and faculty credibility).
Result Documentation
Systematised how IIT JEE results were communicated through local media and branch materials — turning academic outcomes into a durable enrollment asset.
