Who I Am
About
I'm Nishank — a revenue and growth professional based in Nagpur, India. My career has been built at the intersection of data-driven marketing and commercial ownership: starting in education marketing at FIITJEE, sharpening my performance marketing instincts in Mumbai real estate at Kanakia, and now leading APAC revenue for executive education programmes at Emeritus.
The thread running through all of it is a conviction that marketing's job is to produce revenue, not impressions. I think in pipelines, cost structures, and conversion rates. I'm as comfortable presenting a quarterly P&L to leadership as I am inside a campaign manager optimising CPL.
At Emeritus, I manage the full revenue lifecycle for NUS and SMU executive programmes across APAC — setting targets, owning the acquisition budget, and keeping CAC inside 25% of net revenue while maintaining enrolment volume. It's the kind of role where you have to hold the commercial and the creative simultaneously.
I studied Engineering at NIT Surat before completing my Post Graduate Programme in Management at IIM Indore. The quantitative foundation from engineering and the strategic framing from IIM are the two lenses I reach for most in my day-to-day work.
Outside work: I follow football closely — Arsenal fan, active Fantasy Premier League player, and genuinely interested in football analytics. I recently relocated back to Nagpur with my wife and newborn daughter, and I've been rediscovering the city with fresh eyes.
